Yeshua stated clearly that he did not come to do away with the Torah (Law) but to fulfill. I had a discussion about this just this week, and whenever I talk about whether or not the Torah is applicable today the argument eventually leads to the definition of the word "fulfill."
From the Christian standpoint fulfill means, complete, or to be the end of. However, Paul himself states after a long diatribe on the justification of men through faith in Yeshua, he concludes by asking: Do we then make void the law (Torah) through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law (Torah).
Paul, for many centuries, as the self proclaimed Apostle to the Gentiles has had his writings so misinterpreted and twisted in order to justify so many additions, doctrines and dogmas created by the Catholic Church, and the "Church Fathers."
In the book of the Acts of the Apostles Chapter 15 the Apostles that walked with Yeshua, after proving Paul supported keeping the Torah by causing him to complete the process of a Nazirite vow. They all approved a letter to be sent to all of the congregations.
"But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.
For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day."
The Apostles themselves admit that they never commanded any new believer to keep the Torah, but believed that it was the natural course of conversion. In this decision they concluded that it was important for new believers to keep the four things that were common problems among the pagan population and that they would eventually learn the ways of the Torah through the reading of the Torah given weekly.
What was lacking in the application or fulfilling of the Torah was the HOW. Yeshua fulfilled the Torah by teaching us HOW to obey the Torah through Love. He exemplified this through his actions, his words, and his ultimate death.

Good Day, He said, sitting on a rock,
a sign in hands on feet.
Good Day Friend, I replied.
He then motioned I take a seat.
His lips now pursed then he stated,
“I am from the Parallax Verse.”
He signaled me closer, and whispered,
words for me to rehearse.
“Up is right, and down for plight,
left beneath a blessed Sea.
Let us shift from blind to Light,
with Yah one needs agree.
Valoir le coup, who knows who,
can value the souls delight.
In ebb of tide the Sea exhales,
Heaven holds a misty sight.
What is this, some pondering,
at a sage’s hand, a sign?
I give you beauty and dust,
a much less sorrowful pine.
Let it be, oh let it be,
please don’t grudge this Fruit or Tree;
Breath and sigh, live or die,
no more of pride to be.
You give, you live, for butter on toast,
out the window cars pass by.
That Sun sets too soon for most;
how much does is cost to lie?
I feel it, do you, I hear it, that tune,
an echo of tide refracts.
At pace, the flow so true as blue,
